The National Industrial Court of Nigeria has ordered the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) and the Trade Union Congress (TUC) not to embark on the planned indefinite industrial action.
Justice Sanusi Kado gave the directive on Friday while ruling on an ex parte application moved by the Solicitor-General of the Federation and Permanent Secretary, Federal Ministry of Justice, Mr Dayo Apata.
Mr Apata had moved the application on behalf of the Federal Government to challenge the decision of the organised labour to commence an indefinite nationwide strike on November 6.
